•	Develop, implement, and adjust production schedules to meet recycling targets;
•	Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient handling, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials;
•	Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations; and
•	Monitor and evaluate operational performance such as processing capacity and quality standards.
•	Prepare and manage annual budgets; analyze and control operating costs;
•	Oversee procurement of supplies, spare parts, and protective equipment; maintain accurate inventory records;
•	Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal waste management and recycling laws; and
•	Build and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients for recycling products and services.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of recycling business. Specifically:
•	Review financial statements, sales, or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
•	Direct and coordinate activities of both north and south recycling plants.
•	Direct administrative activities directly related to handling recycling products or providing services.
•	Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
•	Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
